Hope you make a speedy recovery.
Earlier this week I did the most stupid thing in the World. Set the alluminum ladder at low angle onto the beam in the garage roof. Climbed up with boxes to store in the rafters.
The bottom of the ladder slid backwards on the concrete and I came crashing down face first onto the floor. Yes it hurts ! Badly cut and bruised on hands, arms, legs & side of face, thankfully nothing broken.
Beware ALWAYS use a ladder correctly.
