That is pretty much what I have found also. I've been using Ebay for several years and my happieness is just about the same as with any local business. Once in a great while something doesn`t work out like you hope. I`ve refunded money on a couple of items people weren`t happy with and resold them to people who were happy with them. I`ve had to have Paypal get me a refund on a couple items because those sellers weren`t quite square with me. I guess a couple other times I`ve ask for and got fast refund from seller when I wasn`t happy. I did get took for $50 on a saw once before I started using Paypal. Any more I ONLY buy and sell using Paypal payments. I've got well over 1000 transactions on Ebay.
