I've an 07 4x4 extended cab that I love. It's quite, and drives great. I have the chip and intake/exhaust mods. It will tow like a dream and is very fast for playing around. I don't know why people keep telling me at the fuel pumps and other websites that they get 22-24 mpg unloaded on the highway. With very conservative driving on flat roads, my best ever was 19.5 on the highway. My modifications should, if you keep your foot out of it, do nothing but improve the engine's efficiency, and therefore economy. Realisticaly, expect around 19 on a road trip, 13 hauling and 17 around town.
