I need an agent or friend in Buffalo to ship parts to

I need an agent or buddy to ship parts to in buffalo NY. Yesterdays tractor won't ship to Canada but will ship to Buffalo. Anyone with any idea how to get around this i will be most gratefull.A tractor place a garage, a shipping agent or similar. Help pls
