Here in the north east its every where especially along stone walls. I rent my goats out to the neighbors to remove it. My goats will dig up the roots if they can, They just love this stuff. I am not allergic to it so I have to do all the milking. Four years ago I let two goats "clean" a 500' long stone wall next the house, the ivy never came back. Just another thought about weed control.
