Well not that this answers your question and i wouldnt recomend doin this unless you had to. And most people prolly wont believe me. But in the 50's, my grandfather his two brothers and his dad farmed 700 acres with 2 WD-45's and 2 WD's. They were the big time farmers in that area and they worked really hard. But now we farm 1800 acres with 2 John Deere 8650's, and many other tractors but those are our primary tillage tractors.
