I've had good luck with a hot bath.. a medicated rub of your choice ( bengay-aspercreme.. tiger balm.. etc.. ) And naprox sodium. I used to do the chiropractor thing.. but found out there were like drugs.. ya get adicted to them. Ocassionalyy I will get a massage.. perhaps 1x to 2x per year. I've had a few soft tissue and cartilage damages from farm work and other injuries.. and so far this has gotten me thru ( cartilage injury DID require some medical visits.. etc.. ) wasn't too pleasent for a couple months.. but i got over it ( for now ). soundguy
