I may get blasted by some, for posting this.. It might be worthwhile to visit a Chiropractor..I have had several conditions in my life, that have almost incapacited me.. Once, my left shoulder got to the point that it was just locked up.. Everytime I moved it, Terrible pain, and I could actually feel and hear it grinding.. I went to the Chiro every day for a week, by the end of the week, I was a new man.. It was all caused by a pinched nerve and some cramped muscles in my neck.. He sure did get me in better shape !!!
