Fuel must be getting past the seal on the injector pump or possibly from incomplete combustion. (Bad injectors or pump, maybe). Your cam chamber should be filled to the level of the plug on the side with MOTOR OIL, not diesel fuel, and changed every time you change the crankcase oil. This is important! It will dilute with diesel fuel over time.
