Theres only a few way that can happen. 1 is the fuel pump is getting bad and has pin hole in the diaphram, 2 the seal in the injector pump is going bad, 3 the injectors have a problem and one or more are leaking fuel. NO matter which one it is DO NOT run it that way or you can/will lock up the engine. BTDT and its not fun getting one unlocked after that has happen but it can be done BTDT also
