im 16 years old and i work everyday and i never ask to leave early or take a day off unless its real important and i know my boss wont need my help. as for the kid blowing the grass into the uncut grass, i worked for awhile for a lawncare company and thats how they mow. it makes it look better. maybe thats how the kid was tought but it probably didnt matter how it looked if the grass was 6 inches high
