I'm sure in massive quantities it isn't very good, but what is? If you happen to have a leak, it's not going to be like a major oil spill where the DNR will have to dig it out if they happen to catch wind of it. I'm sure the ground at the tire guy's yard where they have the big holding tanks though is plenty full of it that nothing will grow.... but it probably owuld start to trun green again after a year or 2 of rain and it got diluted down some.
