Hydraulic oil filler hole is on the floor near where your left foot would be. I'd drain the oil out into a couple of clean buckets. If it looks good, put it back in with enough more to get it up to capacity. You should be able to find the sheet metal by contacting places that part old tractors out. Several sellers on ebay part out tractors too.
