Well, I don't have a problem with it, but I can't speak for everyone. It should work fine. You could also try plumbing the motors in parallel and putting a oneway check-valve in one line for each motor to prevent them from spinning in the wrong direction. This way they could both dump back through the spool valve and still only run in one direction. Your way is probably less complicated...
