I think I'm 175 miles or so, south the Canadian border, this is outside of Troy, N.Y. up on the hills along the Hudson River valley, the views to the west you can see Albany and the Catskill mountains, seems to be a lot of this kind of terrain on east side of the Hudson river, much of which is similar to those rolling hills David from Wales posts, also becoming prime real estate, some of those fields are for sale right now, for $2 million.
