EPA? As stated- off road use. Was marina pump near Dubuque that had leaded, airport had 100 octane LL-low lead- that was mixed 1/2 with premium unleaded for hot rod. Drag strip had leaded fuel tank- you pumped it into tank of unlicensed race car on trailer or brought your own can- no putting it in licensed towing vehicle or cars with cats. Couple years ago talked to station man about leaded for 71 Chev pickup- he had it in tank truck for farm delivery, lead additive was put only in tank truck, could fill old cars with leaded out of truck.
