Been there done that with both the powerstroke and also a cummins.The only thing you can do is get the hose as clean as you can and reclamp.Sometimes they put radiator type looking clamps on them, throw them away and get heavier duty bolt type clamp available at most auto parts stores.On the cummins the hose on one side is straight so we went to Mack trucks and got a thicker hose and it will never be able to peal out of there but where you have a bend in it you are stuck. The hose might have to be replaced with heavier clamps.I know it is frustrating because one day a 3 hr trip turned into 6 because of that.HOPE THIS HELPS.
