OT: good cheap ISP

Anyone have any recommendations for a good cheap ISP for dial up ? My old one was Allvantage and was pretty good and only $5.95 month but like most good things it has come to an end and sold out to People PC and I don't think I'm going to like them so far the trial sucks. suspose to be 5x faster ? I don't see it ?
