ot:: rural water line

OK folks, good news and bad news combined. A couple weeks ago a new rural water line made it's way past my place and I agreed to an easement for the line. I understand I better set a meter before water starts running thru the line as a dry line is much easier to plumb. BUT, A GRIPE, do I have a leg to stand on regarding the easement? About half the front yards were line bored instead of trenched, but they trenched mine. They cut thru my sewer line and an older drain tile line so had to backhoe both to repair. I have a circle drive, thank goodness, so still have one drive I can very carefully cross. I did defy their advice on the drive I can still use and bladed and packed my east drive. My west drive and access to the barn is gone. I have about 200 bales of hay need to go inside, can't get there. The west part is all collapsed in, tried to pack with my Ford 5000 after our too much recent rains, about 4 inches in the last 36 hours, and am buried to both the front and rear axles. After the first 1.5 inches got my mail route car stuck in the west drive in the water line after work Friday. I feel they at least owe me enough gravel to fix the mess and maybe something for the hay that has now gotten wet.
