Intl 2500

Can someone plse tell me the derivative Intl. tractor from which the 2500 came. I have been told a 454 and 464. The 2500 has a 43 HP PTO rating, is 4 cylinders, gas and is a commercial style - lower to the ground with a straight front axle.
