Mornin' Leland, Yep, this tractor gulps fuel like a drunken sailor likes his beer and as you know, I've been bellyachin' about it since the first day I bought it. It's got a smaller tank than your 706, a 301 engine with a fixed adjustment on the high side fuel, pulling a 12' swather. Have to run wide open in low range to keep the swather humming just right. Oh yeah. Did I mention it is a hydro? :>) The only job this tractor is good for is under the loader, but it was cold outside yesterday morning and that cab did have a certain "appeal" vs the open station 686 diesel at 37 degrees and a north wind. :>) Allan
