PHOTO - now its looks better

Hi Gang;
Now it looks like a proper tractor again.
The base of the frame was U shaped flat steel wraped around the rear axle (holes drilled in the plate) and secured with the fender bolts. Because of the thicknes of the steel plates, the bolts holding the frame & the fenders were too long without the frame. So a trip to the local dealer 12 miles away for some 1 x 8 inch bolts proved expensive (again).
