I must apologize for my post below, for some reason I OVER-EXAGGERATED what you needed. I thought you had more land to mow, prolly when i saw that hugeeee number 15,000!

I think any non-commercial mower will work just fine on your property IF that's all the grass you're EVER going to mow. I am still standing by my statement that COMMERCIAL quality mowers last a LOT longer than the regular zero-turns.
