We still got one of tjhose older foxes for the few parts we can get off it for our 3000. The band was new on the parts one not too long before we retired it and a few other things actually do fit. We ran a 1755 Oliver on it but it would plug up becuase it wasn't made for that much HP. I was too young to know to slow down a little more, I'd just go until the 17 started lugging a little. Worked fine in hay & straw, but corn was a killer with that 1 row head and narrow intake. the 3000 was a great step-up, and we got the whole thing, heads and all, for FREE.
