Best try the email and a registered or reciept requested letter TO THE FAMILY/PARENTS. The reason I say that is there is no doubt these girls get hit on way to often. Give a little background on yourself and explain your feelings. Ask for a time/place to meet and dont be shy about including the family. But remember the song, "Lord help the mister that comes between me and my sister".
