That might be true but have you ever seen when the news people get things correct. I stopped putting my faith in them when I got into an argument with one who refused to listen to what I was aying and went on to write it his way no matter what was correct.
it is obvious that you will not find out what kind of tractor it was from the news article I would try to locate someone who was there and see what they have to add. It is possible that the tree fell on the tractor trapping him.
