I priced shed kits with Sutherlands, then I found a builder that could put the shed up for the same money. His crew showed up at 3 in the afternoon on a Saturday and finished a 30x40 shed by noon Sunday. It won't be mistaken for a Morton Building, but in three years it hasn't shown any signs of poor workmanship.
