I worked for Deere dealer in 1960 when the 2010 came out. True the tractor was bad news to most people at the beginning, but how many things that are a advanced as the new generation tractors were with out some problems? Technology advancement means taking some risks. Deere and Co. worked hard at making things right for our customers at that time. We saw more transmission and brake problems than engine. The 2010 was built in the 1960-maybe 63 era. If the engine has survived this long, it is most likely free of bugs.After all that is over 40 years of exsistence for it. Gene Davis
