I see a few posts back you were talkin crazy 'bout a 16' self-compelled... err, self-propelled mower. If you want to mow hay in a hurry you must get a disc-bine! A 13' disc-bine will probably knock out more hay in 6 hours than you could bale in a whole day if you have a big horse. I mean a near 200 pony tractor! But you can still put a hurting on hay with 100-150 horsey's. And the thing won't cost near as much as a self-propelled unit.
