I have a 2003 Ford F-250 6.0 diesel that has been terrible. First 60K miles were great, but after that its been 2 turbos, 3 sets of injectors, and a complete engine replacement at 92K miles. Fortunately it was all under warranty except they kept the truck for a month to replace the engine. Not sure what I'll get to replace it but sure won't ever buy a new Ford again because of this. Maybe if I can find a '52 GMC or Chevy...those things seem to last forever!
