If decide to go with the 12v conversion, let me know. I just took one off of my 861. Converted it back to 6v for OEM reasons. There is absolutly nothing wrong with what I have, I will make you a good deal. I just want to get it out of my garage. You get alt and brackets, wiring harness, resistor, and starter solenoid. Heck I'll even throw in the 12v sealed beams for the lights. My email is open if you are interested.
