pole building add on

I would like to put a leanto on the side of my 30x50 Wick built pole building. Want to keep equipment out of the weather and have a place to sticker some lumber to air dry. My ? is what are the best ways to seal to the side wall. I only want to come up about 8" on a 12" side wall. I need to seal to the corragated metal. I wish I could run flashing under the tin but without cutting 50" of metal that"s not an option. Any ideas?? Thanks
