If you want to help the valves and rings a little just put about a 1/2 cup of tranny fluid in about 5 gals of gas. What that will do it work as an upper lube and it will not hurt any thing either. Now they do make a water pump lube stuff that works but if your water pump is makeing noise it will not help since its telling you its getting ready to go out on you. The other stuff is a waste of good $$
