I herd a loud noise that woke me up and I never hear any thing when I sleep. I get up to investigate and find the misses at the bottom of the stairs in a heap with a puddle of blood. She apparently stepped or tripped on the sleeping cat on the stairs and fell down the stairs. Spent the rest of the night in the ER. The end result is a 2 day stay in hospital for observation. Of 4 broken ribs stitches in her elbow banked up knee and a badly sprained wrist. I have never seen a hand palm turn black and blue like this one did. The moral of this story is TURN ON THE LIGHT at night and look for the !@#$!!@ cat. North East puller
