Shep, we sent some fire fighters from here to help with all the fires. Just a little pay back I guess. In 2002 Ky was on fire all over and FLA sent help up here. I lived in Okeechobee when I was a kid for 4 years. Worked on the Charles MaCarthur Dairy. They claimed it was the largest dairy farm in the US. I worked on the little farm between Okeechobee and Ft Pierce. They milked 24/7 1700 fresh cows on it. The big farm was on 441 north of town.
