The live pump from the H and M is completely different than what a B would require. You would need a block, pump, etc. from a Super A or newer that came with live hydraulics to make it work that way. The easiest way would be a belt drive from the crankshaft or run a shaft out the front direct from the crankshaft. Here is my non-live hydraulic setup on my A:
