Did they flush the system when they changed the fluid or did they just drop the pan? I've heard several very experienced transmission guy's say that it's very common for a transmission that's had the system flushed to have problems 8,000-10,000 miles later because the flushing process loosens up crud in the lines and transmission that eventually end up in the filter.
