Actually no answer,sorry.I'm not familier with that model like many others. The throttle often goes to the governor and that is attached to the carb so if you have improved the ignition beyond a point things were over-adjusted before then things happen. So you need to go back to basic settings again. the flippin carb may be set half open or something.
