H farmall fuel shutoff

Does anyone know where I can get the material to replace the packing around the fuel shutoff on an old H farmall. The years have finally gotten it to the point that it can no longer be snugged up enough to seal. If I tighten it up enough to stop the drip then I can't turn the shutoff knob. There is nothing wrong with the rest of the bowl assembly so I hate to replace the whole thing when I could replace the seal. What kind of material did they use anyway?
