sounds like an issue of bloating from fresh green crop high in nitrates. Feed her a few slabs of oat straw for a week or so, bet you will see the problem go away. Seen it on our cows when they are cooped up in the barn all winter and then hit the pastures. Grandpa just fed them a couple slabs a day of straw and they were fine.
