Your Queen Elizibeth was here over the weekend! She visited nearby Lexington Kentucky. She stayed the first night at Robert Farrish's "Lanes End Farms". Farrish was once the U.S. Ambassador to England. Then went to see the 133 running of the Kentucky Derby just up the road in Louisville at Churchill Downs. According to the TV news people, she brought along 22,000 lbs of luggage, along with 75 hats for the occasion. I hear she's quite the horse expert too. I hope she enjoyed herself and left with a good impression of the Bluegrass State.
