You need to look into the PFFS plans. They are what we call private fee for service plans and have taken the place of the Med Supps. Most of them here in Indiana have no premium (free). I haven't sold a supp for about 3 years now.

They are based on a fee for each service you have done, for example. Doctor office call $15.00, Specialist call $30.00 Each day in Hospital $150.00, Emerg room $50.00 and each one has a maximum amount of money you can spend in a given year.

As you can see, they may not be for everybody, but if you don't go to the doctor very often, they can save you alot of premium dollars. All the major health companies have them.
