My best solution, remove the fitting, dig or drill out as much of the old grease as you can. If it"s 1/8"NPT, Remove the end from the grease gun hose, then thread the hose into the fitting hole. Pump away. If it still wont take grease, try to move or flex the parts. next try heat, hot water, steam jenny, I even heard of a guy using a heat tape for water pipes wrapped around a joint to get it loose. Whatever, Keep the pressure on the grease gun.
