I don't know anything about it except what is in the ad. Just a 3 column by 2" display ad in our local farm newspaper. If I get a chance I'll try to scan it and then see if i can post it. Essentially says "most versatile, easy to use, mild steel electrode available today. Repair welds can be executed beautifully in all positions, no matter what your skill level."
That "no matter what your skill level" interested me. I just wandered if anyone had any experience with them.
