Is everything else ok ? Timing, Vac hose routing . Egr opening too soon ?? Try disconnecting vac line to egr,see if it still does it? If all checks out , possible bad power valve , or low float , plugged jet ? Take carb off, do not trip over , take out 4 screws holding power valve cover on , check for any gas dripping out . If there is, valve is shot , or gasket torn . Over tightening kills these . Check float , remove carb top , see if float moves free.Push down on needle end , should have roughly 1/4 to 3/8 from top of carb to top of float . These are very forgiving on float settings . Keep us posted
