O/T 4 Ton Box Truck

Truck has been idle for about two years, I need to pull it out backwards with a tractor, its parked in a shed , its auto trans , to turn it around , back in first , only need to move it about 50 ft , If the lever is in neutral will it cause damage to auto trans.
