You can try Dennis Kirk. I got two seat covers from them last year for Dad's Fourtrax 200 and my ATC 250. Both looked identical to the origional except for not having the Honda logo. If your seat pan is like ours the cover isn't that hard to install using a decently powered industrial stapler or better still an air stapler with short stapels.
