The meth makers aren't always bright enough to use converted 20 lb cylinders. Here in West Michigan my dad is on a state under cover drug task force and has been involved in finding several meth labs. It is more common to see the dirtballs use the cheap styrofoam white coolers to haul NH3 in. Have even seen a few places where they use big Thermoses for transport. After being exposed to it on the farm, I sure don't get how they can even work around the stuff, no matter what way the wind is blowing.
