What old said, plus, the tractor serial number is on the flat verticle machined surface on the left axle between the brake spring hole and the adjusting bolt. WD numbers are WD0007 through WD146606, WD45 numbers are WD146607 through WD236???. The engine serial number is behind the air hose going from the air cleaner to the carb. WD's start with WD and WD45's start with 45, unless the tractor was the victim of an engine change.
