14 ft hydra swing towing

I am in okla and looking at buying a 14 ft hyd-swing mo co that is about 85 miles from me the closet route is down the interstate what problems
would i have. the other routes all have narrow bridges or a dam that is about one mile that the moco would take the whole road.
what would you all do?
what are the smv laws?
